You may also pay with a check or money order (drawn on a US bank only) made out to Crest Pictures. Choose the appropriate price from the chart above – prices include shipping and handling. All Washington state residents must then add 8.9% (.089) to that amount, unless we are shipping to a state other than Washington (ie, as a gift to Uncle Bob in California). If you forget, we will not process your order when we receive it.

For example:
2 DVDs shipped First Class with insurance costs $42.39.
Washington residents must add 8.9% to this. You will owe $54.96
($42.39 x .089 = $3.77; $42.38 + $3.77 = $46.15)

Returns
You may return a DVD within 30 days of delivery as long as it's still in its original packaging. Opened DVDs may not be returned, unless they are defective. Please carefully repack the return, enclose a copy of your receipt, and send to us at the address shown above. Include your contact information (so we can call or email you with any questions), and indicate if the returning item is defective. All shipping and handling fees are paid by the customer.

Damaged or Defective
If you receive a damaged or defective DVD, please contact us right away. All returns must be made within 30 days. We will replace it.
