On March 1 we're heading for Northern California where Kyle will be screening FreeRider and giving a talk and slideshow at a few venues. In between he'll be shredding in the backcountry with friends. FreeRider is having its long awaited U.S. premiere on Friday, Feb 3 at the Seattle Mountaineers in front of the hometown crowd. Kyle will be there to meet and greet. We're sharing the stage with another homegrown ski and snowboard film Wyoming Triumph. It will be a fun-filled evening with spirits and a raffle...all for a great cause – NWAC. We are very excited and proud to announce that FreeRider is one of sixteen films selected to be screened at the 7th Annual International Free Ride Film Festival in St-Lary-Soulan, France on December 8-10. Kyle will be attending to introduce the film on the evening of December 9. Outtake #3November 27, 2011 There's some really awesome footage in this ... stuff that killed us to leave on the cutting room floor due to time constraints ... but it's totally cool that we can put it here now ... enjoy! BTW ... Glacier Peak holds a special place in our hearts too. It's tough to get into these days, but well worth the effort. And we just happened to meet Kyle there for the first time on our climb in 2009 ... his smiling face and good spirits were a welcome relief after a long and tiring day. Outtake #2November 20, 2011 In our second outtake Kyle runs down some possible titles for the film during a rest stop on the way to Mt Stuart - #7 on his 10 highest peaks in Washington list for the season.
