All Washington state residents must then add the appropriate retail tax rate for their location (ie, 9.5%) to the total amount (including s & h). If we are shipping to a state other than Washington (ie, as a gift to Uncle Bob in California) then your purchase is tax free. If you forget, we will not process your order when we receive it.

Washington residents must add sales tax to this. If you live in Seattle your rate is 9.5% and you will owe $5.37 in tax.

Returns
You may return a DVD within 30 days of delivery as long as it's still in its original packaging. Opened DVDs may not be returned, unless they are defective. Please carefully repack the return, enclose a copy of your receipt, and send to us at the address shown above. Include your contact information (so we can call or email you with any questions), and indicate if the returning item is defective. All shipping and handling fees are paid by the customer.
Damaged or Defective
If you receive a damaged or defective DVD, please contact us right away. All returns must be made within 30 days. We will replace it.
