If you prefer to pay by check (drawn on a USA bank only) or money order you must first contact us at crestpictures@hcc.net. Include your mailing address, contact email and phone number, and order details (ie, which DVDs, how many, shipping with or without insurance). Then we will get back to you with the total price of your purchase, including S & H costs, plus retail sales tax (Washington residents only). We will then mail out your order upon receipt of your check made out to Crest Pictures.

Returns
You may return a DVD within 30 days of delivery as long as it's still in its original packaging. Opened DVDs may not be returned, unless they are defective. Please carefully repack the return, enclose a copy of your receipt, and send to us at the address shown above. Include your contact information (so we can call or email you with any questions), and indicate if the returning item is defective. All shipping and handling fees are paid by the customer.
Damaged or Defective
If you receive a damaged or defective DVD, please contact us right away. All returns must be made within 30 days. We will replace it.
